Key Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety and environmental risks. Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on HSE policies, procedures, and best practices. Safety Audits: Perform regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
