Funções ou responsabilidades: Sending collection notices to clients/brokers; Ensure allocation of awards received; Prepare and provide a weekly report on collections made; Providing excellent customer service and achieving a CSI (customer satisfaction index) higher than 75%; Ensure that all debit and credit transactions in the debtors report are correct; Prepare and maintain a monthly list of all cancelled policies in an excel spreadsheet; Ensuring that clients are informed of cancelled policies; Requisitos ou qualificações: Accounting Degree or related areas. Fluent written and spoken English and Portuguese. Habilidades recomendadas Be dynamic and efficient; Be proactive; Ability to persuade and influence; Ability to work in a team and under pressure; Ability to make decisions within pre-established constraints; Ability to prepare reports in Excel; Customer service; Solid knowledge of MS Office (Office Word, PowerPoint and Outlook); Internet; Accounting system (Primavera and Sage Pastel).
