Managing communications between different internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely program delivery. New customer identification and out reach. Customer complaint management/ vendor escalation. Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities Timely delivery/implementation of overall fleet program in Mozambique according to planned timelines. Internal stakeholder alignment between the B2B and Retail team and managing sales credit discussions. Monitoring budgeted vs actual program performance. Increasing overall fleet footprint/market share for Puma Energy in Mozambique. Ensure that product updates and software releases are timely install in the all the Puma Fleet
